Grade Guide

Understanding our refurbishment grades:

Grade A – Excellent

• Like new appearance with minimal signs of use
• Fully functional with original accessories where possible
• Battery health 85% or higher
• Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present

Grade B – Very Good

• Some signs of previous use but in good condition
• Fully functional with essential accessories
• Battery health 75% or higher
• Light scratches or scuffs may be visible

Grade C – Good

• Noticeable signs of use but fully functional
• Essential accessories included
• Battery health 65% or higher
• Visible scratches, dents, or discoloration

All grades come with our standard 12-month warranty.
